Atle’s work comprises e.g. construction projects, property development, structuring property portfolios, situations with acquisition and sale, building contracts, any kind of operation and lease, the special legislation regarding joint ownership structures (joint housing ownerships, co-ownerships, housing cooperatives), lease arrangements, planning and building law issues and general property law issues.

Atle has a significant quantity of assignments within project and property development, and he represents major contractors, subcontractors, a wide range of consultants, private property owners, as well as property and development companies. Furthermore he assists in larger property transactions, syndications and negotiations. Berentsen is experienced in due diligences, negotiations and procedure with respect to trade and industry, contracting law and real property.
