Vilde Aanensen Eriksen assists in a wide range of transactions and financings within different industry sectors.
She assists borrowers, lenders and arrangers with various types of financing. Additionally, she assists with transactions related to renewable energy and offshore/shipping.
She holds a Masters of Law from the Universirty of Oslo. She wrote her masters thesis on the duty to consult the Sámi People in Norwegian law and its consequences for the validity of a concession to build, own and operate a wind power plant. She has also completed individual courses at Esade Law School in Barcelona.
