Simonsen Vogt Wiig report for PSA on Arctic HSE

On behalf of the Petroleum Safety Authority of Norway with financial support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a team from SVW under the leadership of Bjørn-Erik Leerberg has researched and prepared a report with a comparative analysis of the use of standards to further safety in offshore petroleum operations in the Arctic. The team has also consisted of Børge Alsvik, Frode A. Berntsen and Elaine Aarkvisla.
