We have extensive experience with litigation in courts and arbitrations related to various contract forms within Shipping and Offshore. Our transaction team is continuously handling a large number of sale and purchase of vessels, rigs and other offshore installations.
The last few years we have assisted ship owners, yards and financial institutions in more than 250 construction contracts for vessels and rigs in several jurisdictions, hereunder Norway, Croatia, Spain, China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, India and Singapore. Through our Singapore office we offer assistance in respect of negotiations and deliveries in Asia.
We also assist regularly with contract negotiations and advisory services related to chartering, installations and other contracts within shipping/offshore, re-flagging/registration of vessels and rigs (hereunder bareboat registration/dual flag), sanctions and ship/rig financing.
Together with our team within Oil and Gas, we have approximately 50 lawyers covering all aspects within the offshore industry.
