Walle joins from his role as partner at Advokatfirmaet Arntzen, and has previously been a partner at Grette as well as a solicitor at Equinor.
“Stig Walle possesses extensive expertise in renewable energy, in particular onshore wind power and offshore wind, as well as aquaculture,” says Managing Partner at Simonsen Vogt Wiig, Erlend Lous. “These are areas where SVW aims to gain further market share, and Walle brings important expertise to this endeavour. He holds unique expertise within offshore wind, both legal and practical, that few other solicitors in Norway possess. In addition, he supplements and strengthens our expertise in construction contracts related to shipping and offshore, as well as general construction.”
“I look forward to joining the team at Simonsen Vogt Wiig,” says Stig Walle. “Their commitment to renewable energy and aquaculture, combined with their leading position in offshore and maritime industries, means I can both utilise and develop my expertise further, in collaboration with highly skilled colleagues, to the benefit of existing and future clients. I find that SVW has exciting ambitions, and I am looking forward to contributing to further development.”
