Tage Brigt A. Skoghøy has been with Simonsen Vogt Wiig since 2009, and is associated with the department for litigation and arbitration. He handles disputes within a number of industries, including real estate/construction, maritime, aviation, banking and IP disputes. Skoghøy has considerable expertise in pleading cases before the Norwegian ordinary courts, arbitration panels and the Market Council. Skoghøy has litigated three disputes before the Norwegian Supreme Court, and Chambers Global/Europe rank him as “up-and-coming litigator”.
Anders Lindseth is specialized within corporate law and contract law, as well as tax law. He has considerable experience related to transactions and corporate restructuring including mergers, demergers and equity transactions. He regularly advises clients on contractual and corporate matters. Anders worked as a lawyer with Simonsen Vogt Wiig from 2011 to 2013, before he rejoined us in 2015 as a senior lawyer.
