Anders Thue

Anders also has several years of experience as an advisor for public sector clients, primarily in relation to complex procurements. Anders has extensive knowledge on assessing competition law related issues, particularly in the fields of technology, media, health, industry and finance.

He is experienced in dealing with EU-law and frequently provides advice on commercial contracts. Anders has published various publications and frequently gives lectures on public procurement and competition law.

Anders is the author of commentaries on the Public Procurement Act and the Public Procurement Regulation and lectures on public procurements at the University of Bergen.

He has assisted a number of clients in the public sector, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Transport and Communication, the Ministry of Children and Equality, the Ministry of Trade and Fisheries, the Ministry of Justice, Vinmonopolet, Statnett, the Directorate for Civil Protection and the Research Council of Norway.

Anders has been involved in some of the largest procurement law cases in Norway, e.g. new rescue helicopters (the Ministry of Justice), new patient journal system (Helse Midt-Norge), catching, transportation and storing of CO2 (Gassnova).
