Anette Siverts Ivin works within several of Simonsen Vogt Wiig's fields of expertise, and focuses mainly on commercial contract law, company law and mergers & acquisitions.
Anette received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Agder and the University of Bergen, respectively. She specialised within Company Law, Land Use Planning and EU Competition Law. Her master’s thesis on commercial contract law considered mechanisms allowing contract revision following unforeseen circumstances affecting contract fulfilment, in particular the use of hardship clauses.
Through extracurricular assignments and traineeships, Anette has gained experience providing legal advice pro bono to private individuals, as well as obtained a general knowlegde base within commercial law.
