Carl Victor Waldenstrøm is a part of the dispute resolution and litigation team.
Carl Victor assists clients across various legal fields and industries. He holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Bergen and wrote his master’s thesis on the legal requirement of «protected interest» in Norwegian tort law. As part of his degree, he took various international and German elective courses during an exchange program at the Humboldt University of Berlin.
Carl Victor won ELSA’s national moot court competition in 2023. He represented Norway in the European human rights moot court competition (HPMCC) 2024 and the Nordic human rights moot court competition 2024.
During his studies, Carl Victor published the textbook Erstatningsrett før eksamen together with Eline Sandnes Fosse and was host of the law podcasts Pod.Jur. and Forberedt.
