Christian Ditlev-Simonsen has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, securities and financial regulation, contract law and offshore building contracts, and sanctions related matters. He assists several clients as an experienced board member and in general meetings.
Christian’s main area of work is within the oil & gas sector (upstream) and with industrial companies within several sectors, including the aquaculture sector, service industry and financial companies such as securities trading firms, banks and insurance companies. He is a member of the firms financial regulation group.
