Egil Horstad has extensive experience with dispute resolution. He is recognized for his isolvency and restructuring law expertise.

Egil works with dispute resolution, has extensive litigation experience and is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court.

Besides dispute resolution, he primarily works with restructuring and insolvency, contract law, generational shifts in business and divorce and separation settlements.

Egil is appointed permanent administrator for bankruptcy estates and decedent estates by and for Bergen District Court, and has been the administrator of several major bankruptcy estates.

In addition, he has extensive experience with assisting companies, banks and other creditors in major restructuring operations.
