Elsa is affiliated with the firm’s real estate department. She works broadly within real estate law, and has particular expertise in construction matters, zoning processes and administrative law.

Elsa has a master’s degree in law from the University of Oslo. She wrote her master’s thesis on the interpretation of zoning plans. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant and later as a senior consultant at the Norwegian Parliamentary Ombud. Through this, Elsa has gained broad experience in handling complaints, legal assessments and issues related to planning and building law.
