Emile Schjønsby-Nolet works with with IT-contracts, and has experience with digital IPR with a focus on Software.

Emile is affiliated with the firm’s technology and media team. He mainly works with IT contracts and Intellectual Property Rights, but he assists in several others legal practices, such as marketing law, data protection law and data security.

Emile has in-depth knowledge of IPR, and has a LL.M degree in Intellectual Property in The Digital Economy from the University of Glasgow. He wrote his dissertation on Implied License and its connection to Digital Exhaustion of Copyrights. He has also completed the online CopyrightX-course at Harvard Law School coordinated by Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society.

Emile has also taken courses in Information Technology at the University of Bergen and has a practical understanding of digital services.
