Emma specialises in contruction law, public procurement and litigation.
Emma assists both professional and personal clients within several legal fields, including property law, construction law, public procurement and civil litigation. She has special experience with contractual issues, counseling and court proceedings.
Her backgrund as a deputy judge has provided Emma with significant experience in managing civil disputes, and procedural issues. She has overseen cases regarding property law, general contract law, employment law and public procurement cases. Juditial experience has also strengthened her ability to quickly identify key issues and explore possible solutions.
Emma has academic experience working with international sources and has completed university level credits in legal courses.
