Helene Thunes Truyen

She assists Norwegian and international banks and financial institutions in connection with the financing of vessels and other assets, as well as contractual advice and drafting and negotiation of contracts within a number of various shipping related transactions.

Helene also works with restructuring and insolvency, assisting companies and creditors with handling demanding situations at home and abroad.

Helene has written her master’s thesis on corporate law with the theme “Pre-clarification and pre-emptive rights to shares“.
