Ingar is head of SVW's aviation group, the largest Norwegian team of lawyers who work exclusively with aviation finance and aviation law.
Ingar has advised banks, leasing companies, finance houses, airlines and helicoper operators with a wide range of aviation finance transactions, including the financing and delivery of approx. 150 aircrafts currently operated by the Norwegian airline Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. He has also been their legal advisor for the firm order of 100 Airbus 320 neo aircrafts, more than 20 Boeing 737-800 aircrafts and 100 Boeing 737 Max aircrafts.
He has also been involved in the delivery and financing of Embraer 190 E2-aircrafts to Widerøe, and the sale of several search- and rescue helicopters from Norsk Luftambulanse.
Ingar has long time experience in disputes and litigation, especially within maritime law and transaction law. Ingar is also an experienced ship arrest lawyer.
