Ingrid Flom is a part of the dispute resolution and litigation team.
Ingrid assists clients across various legal fields and industries. She holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Oslo and wrote her master’s thesis on the legal requirement of «substantive connection» between sequence requirements in zoning plans and development. As part of her degree, she took various EU law subjects during an exchange stay at Leiden University.
