Ingrid Idland works extensively across SVW's various legal domains, with a particular focus on corporate law, commercial contract law, and mergers and acquisitions.
Ingrid earned her degrees from Inland Norway University of Applied Science and the University of Bergen, specialising in corporate law during her studies. For her master’s thesis, she explored the topic, «Listed Companies’ Room for Maneuver for the Use of Private Placements in Light of the Equal Treatment Rule in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, Section 5-14, with a Special Focus on the Role of Prospectus Regulations in the Issuance Process».
