Katharina Jebsen Misje is part of the firm's Corporate M&A team.
Katharina works primarily with business transactions, including acquisitions and sales of limited liability companies (nationally and internationally), capital raisings, demergers, mergers, and equity transactions for both listed and unlisted companies. She also advises on company law, as well as stock exchange and securities regulation.
Katharina holds a Master of Laws from the University of Bergen and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
