Knut Dypvik has extensive experience in restructuring, current negotiation, bankruptcy and real estate law.

Since 2001, Knut has experience as a business lawyer, trustee in bankruptcy estate and in real estate law. He also holds nearly 2 years experience as a deputy judge and 2 years as an executive officer in the tax administration.

He has since 2001 been trustee in bankruptcy for the district courts in (former) Sør-Trøndelag. The work as trustee in bankruptcy entails extensive work with partly complex matters in mortgage and money claims law, labor law, general and special contract law, tax and fees, public law etc.

Knut also has extensive experience and expertise in land acquisition, expropriation law, land change, planning and building law, district law, negotiations and contract law related to real estate. Knut has ongoing assignments in discretion and land change where he assists both private and public actors.

Knut has since he started as a lawyer received a housing administration assignment in the estate and bankruptcy estate from the district courts in (former) Sør-Trøndelag. Knut also has extensive experience in the field of inheritance and spouse probate cases.
