Magnus assists domestic and international clients with advice and dispute resolution in all employment law issues.
He has, inter alia, experience with restructuring, workforce reductions, factual investigations/investigations where employees claim to have been bullied, harassed or retaliated, and individual personnel matters.
Magnus holds a Master of Laws degree from The University of Oslo, with specialization in individual and collective employment law. He wrote his master’s thesis on the scope of the employer’s facilitation and relocation duty vis-à-vis employees who suffers reduced capacity for work under section 4-6 of the Working Environment Act.
