Marie is affiliated with the firm’s technology and media department. She mainly works with privacy and data security, but assists in several other legal fields, such as IT-contracts, intellectual property rights and marketing law.
She wrote her master thesis on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) at the University of Oslo and has worked on several large data protection compliance projects for clients in a number of sectors, hereunder drafting and implementing Binding Coroporate Rules (BCR), questions regarding risk assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and drafting and implementing internal control documentation, privacy policies and data protection agreements.
Additionally, Marie posesses knowledge relating to transactions, hereunder M&A, and has assisted several clients in due diligence processes.
