Natalie Le Nguyen's practice is focused on shipping transactions and related financings.
Natalie acts for shipowning/shipmanagement groups, arrangers, banks and other financial institutions in relation to domestic and international shipping transactions whereas she assists in drafting and negotiation of agreements, vessel registration, project coordination and closings. She is also regularly involved in financing and restructuring, including bilateral and syndicated debt facilities, and sale/leaseback structures.
Natalie holds a Master degree from the University of Oslo. As part of the abroad programme she spent one semester at Melbourne Law School. She has work experience in teaching and regularly grades student assignments at the University of Oslo.
In addition to Norwegian and English, Natalie speaks fluent Vietnamese.
Natalie is currently doing a secondment with Norwegian Air Shuttle as part of their legal team.
