Øystein Nore Nyhus is an experienced real estate and dispute lawyer. He has assisted in a number of complex real estate development projects, both commercial and residential.
Øystein Nore Nyhus specializes in real estate, minerals and dispute resolution. He has assisted with strategic advice in complex real estate development projects, including both industrial, commercial and residential development. Øystein has worked closely with real estate developers, landowners and public actors, and has extensive experience with real estate disputes, expropriation and land regulation.
In addition, Øystein has expertise in the mineral industry, where he assists client with the development of new mineral projects and dispute resolution related to mineral projects.
Øystein has particular expertise in planning and building law. He has previously headed the Parliamentary Ombudsman’s division for real estate and planning and building law, and has written Gyldendal’s legal commentaries to the Planning and Building Act on rettsdata.no for over 10 years. He has also assisted in legislative work related to the Planning and Building Act.
