Silje assists companies in negotiations and drafting of sale/purchase agreements, leases, due diligence processes and dispute resolution arising out of such contracts. She also regularly assists with closing of financial settlements.

Further, she has experience with construction law issues, especially in connection with major railway projects and ongoing claim and change orders. In addition, she hosts courses and seminars in standard-form contracts.
