Sofie Holten is specialised within real estate law, construction law and data protection law (GDPR).
Sofie’s primary areas of practice include construction law, real estate transactions, and various commercial contract law matters. She has experience advising on all stages of construction projects, including contract selection, drafting, project support, final settlement, and dispute resolution.
In addition, Sofie has specialised expertise in data protection law and digital governance. She wrote her master’s thesis on GDPR and technology. Sofie has experience ensuring effective compliance with data protection regulations and advises clients on complex data protection matters.
