Tina Hovland Bargård is specialized in tax and corporate law. She assists both national and international clients in all areas of Norwegian taxation and corporate law.
Tina mainly assist clients with strategic advice on tax and corporate issues related to transactions and restructurings, as well as ongoing operations. Tina assists clients with preparations and execution of transactions and restructurings.
She has experiance with counseling and assisting clients in their encounters with the tax authorities, including application for advance rulings, audits and appeals.
