Tor-Arne Holand has worked with manufactures, suppliers and the public sector throughout his law practice with his special expertise in public procurement, contract law, building and constuction industry and employment law.
Tor-Arne has worked as a corporate lawyer since 2000. He provides advice within the aforementioned areas of expertise to companies in central Norway that are suppliers to the marked- and export companies.
Tor-Arne also assists the public sector (state, county and several municipalities). In addition to being an adviser he also acts for clients in court and for KOFA.
He holds courses and seminars, both general and customized, for clients.
