We provide advice to all business sectors, but have extensive experience in telecommunications, technology, oil and gas and shipping. Our lawyers have high standing and several are authors of labour law literature and are frequently employed as lecturers.

Trine Lise has many years of experience related to labour law issues such as reorganizations, restructurings, dismissals, hiring, special issues that arise in connection with the working environment and personal conflicts at work etc.
Tor-Arne Holand has worked with manufactures, suppliers and the public sector troughout his law practice with his special expertise in labour law, public procurement, contact law and building and constuction industry.
Arne assists several of Norway's largest public and private employers with employment issues. Through the last 20 years he has built up extensive experience within labour legislation.
Ørjan assists a number of private and public companies with employment law issues, including counseling, investigation and negotiations in connection with dismissal, restructuring, transfer of business, equal treatment, harassment, notifications etc.
Marianne assists mainly municipalities and publicly owned companies in matters regarding Labor law, such as redundancies, termination and dismissal. Marianne has extensive experience in litigating cases at court and is happy to assist public authorities in labor law cases. Furthermore, she has considerable experience in solving disputes by negotiation.
Cathrine has extensive experience within labor law. She has been a legal advisor in a number of restructuring processes within various business sectors, including acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations, etc. which has triggered labor law issues. Cathrine also assists businesses with day-to-day HR and management work.
