Espen has extensive experience with EU/EEA law, with a particular focus on competition law and public procurement. He has assisted national and international players for a number of years, especially within construction, infrastructure and pharma/MedTech. Espen has a keen interest in how the mentioned fields of expertise affect the clients’ framework conditions, and frequently holds lectures and workshops, as well as providing continuous legal counsel on corporate law and transactions.
