Siri comes to us from her role as a private practice lawyer at Legal in Stavanger. With more than two decades of experience as a corporate lawyer, she has worked with major international entities in the oil and gas sector, including Aker Solutions, Subsea 7, Aibel, and Archer. Additionally, Siri led the contracts and legal department for Acergy’s Asia and Middle East region in Singapore for a period.
Siri’s expertise spans contract law, employment law, corporate law, warranty claims, copyright and usage disputes, GDPR, and corporate governance. She is adept at assisting companies through all stages of tenders and projects. Siri also brings a wealth of experience in board activities and has held several roles within the Norwegian Bar Association. Moreover, she is a sought-after speaker on topics such as compliance, negotiation techniques, and contractual and commercial awareness.
