Agnete’s experience covers a broad range of domestic and cross-jurisdictional shipping transactions, including financing, sale and purchase, shipbuilding and M&A.

She acts for owners, banks and leasing companies on a regular basis in relation to conventional and alternative ship financing, syndicated bank loans, project finance structures and bonds.

Her experience also covers restructurings and handling of distressed shipping projects. Agnete has also assisted in other asset financing projects in relation to aviation.

Agnete has held several talks on recycling of ships and moderated in 2019 a paneldebate on the subject at Nor-Shipping.

She holds a Master of Law from the University of Oslo and courses in economics from Harvard University.
