Asbjørn is part of the firm’s Shipping Offshore team.
Asbjørn works widely within shipping and offshore, bank and finance, and renewable energy. He assists Norwegian and international clients with various types of financings and transactions.
Asbjørn is educated at the University of Oslo. Additionally, he holds a LL.M. of Maritime Law from the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law, where he gained experience in shipping contracts, liability rules, and marine insurance. Asbjørn wrote his thesis on information exchange between competing undertakings as anti-competitive conduct within liner shipping.
