Camilla has extensive experience with shipping transactions and advises ship owners, brokers and financial institutions in connection with sale/purchase, chartering, ship registrations and financing. She also assists banks and financial institutions with drafting loan and security documentation, including bond terms. She has previously worked for Nordic Trustee AS mainly focusing on drafting of bond documentation and also Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) where her main area of expertise was real estate transactions and derivatives.

In addition she advises clients on aviation law, aircraft financing and leasing and has been involved in different types of aviation finance transactions, e.g. sale and lease back, EETC and EXIM backed financing.
