Over the years, Catriona has supported managers, HR personnel, and lawyers in legal departments with all aspects of employment law in both the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience in advising and resolving disputes in these matters, and adopts a strategic approach to case management.

Catriona also has significant experience in the courtroom, both in her role as a lawyer and as a former deputy judge at Jæren District Court. She is well-versed in negotiations, extrajudicial dispute resolution, court mediation, and acting as legal counsel in court cases.

Furthermore, Catriona is a speaker on employment law topics and has co-authored two books. In 2024, she was recommended in the WWL/Lexology Index as one of the leading legal specialists in Norway in the category «Labour, Employment & Benefits.»
