Christian Berg Meland is an experienced advisor within high yield bonds and other capital markets instruments.
Christian advises both issuers and managers with bond issuances. He has deep knowledge of the high yield bond market and has experience advising on matters related to new issuances, refinancings, acquisitions, amendment procesess and restructurings.
In addition to bond financing, Christian advises clients on other forms of debt financing such as bank loans, hybrid loans and convertible loans. He is also experienced in company law and securities laws and regulations.
