Erik has a particular focus on Norwegian and international tax law, corporate law and general transaction advice and assists in connection with mergers and acquisitions, structuring and the establishment of incentive schemes.

He holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Oslo. Erik wrote his master’s thesis as a research assistant at the Department of Private Law at the University of Oslo on the taxation of employee share purchases under the incentive scheme called the «Kruse Smith-model».
