Erling works primarily within the fields of EU/EEA law, competition law and public procurement law. He has previous experience with competition law and EU/EEA law, working as a research assistant for the Research Group for EU/EEA Commercial Law at the University of Bergen.
Erling holds a master`s degree from the University of Bergen and a LL.M degree in International and European Law from Radboud University, with a specialisation in business law. He wrote his master thesis on the application of the principle of economic continuity and parent company liability in private enforcement of EU competition law.
