Fam assists Norwegian and international clients with legal assistance and dispute resolution within a broad spectrum of legal fields and industries. She spends much of her time on insolvency law and assists in the processing of bankruptcy estates. Fam has particular experience with enforcement of claims, where her main focus has been the enforcement of monetary claims and procedures in relation to such with the Conciliation Board, the enforcement authorities and the courts.
