Håvard assists Norwegian and international clients with legal assistance and dispute resolution and he has broad experience from different fields of national and international law.

Håvard wrote his master thesis on the topic of development agreements, with the title «In which situations could changes in the area development plan after the conclusion of the agreement make the development agreement void?», where he discussed multiple unresolved problems in the intersection between general contract law and planning- and building-law. Furthermore, he specialised in multiple areas of international law through an exchange stay at the University of Iceland in inter alia international investment law and EEA law.

Before Håvard joined SVW as an associate he was a trainee at the EFTA Court in Luxembourg.
