John-Harald is associated with the firm’s real estate department. He primarily engages in property transactions, the negotiation of commercial leases, and the resolution of complex legal issues associated with real estate law. In addition, John-Harald has a keen interest in the legal aspects of minerals and mining.

He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo, where he wrote his thesis on criminal liability under the Limited Liability Companies Act and served as a research assistant at the Department of Private Law. John-Harald has previous experience working at Schjødt, where he was part of the real estate practice group.
