Knud Jacob Knudsen specialises in international arbitration, dispute resolution and construction law.
Knud has extensive experience with dispute resolution concerning construction projects, as well as other commercial disputes. He has argued a large number of court cases, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway.
Knud has also acted as counsel in several national and international arbitration cases, and has argued cases under ICC and SCC rules.
He has in-depth knowledge of the Norwegian standard construction contracts, fabrication contracts and shipbuilding contracts. In addition, Knud has considerable experience with partnering contracts, target price contracts and other forms of joint ventures.
