Lars Andreas assists professional clients within a wide range of special fields, including private property, corporate law, planning law, employment law, commercial contract law and litigation and arbitration. He has special experience within contract law issues, negotiations and court process.

His previous experience as deputy judge has provided broad experience in managing civil disputes, and he has i.a. administered cases regarding employment law, corporate law, and private property law. As a former deputy judge, he has also experience with settlement negotiations and arbitration.

Lars Andreas has contributed in revising several textbooks on employment law, in addition to holding seminars on the topic.
