Margrethe Eftestad Hagen works in several of the company's disciplines, with the main focus on legal assistance within commercial contract law, torts and corporate law.
Margrethe Eftestad Hagen has her degree from the University of Agder and the University of Bergen. She wrote her master’s thesis on lawyers’ liability for damages. During her studies, she has specialized in corporate law and conflict mediation. Furthermore, Margrethe has participated in the ARQUS Twinning Program in collaboration between the University of Bergen and Université Jean Moulin 3 in Lyon. The theme of the program was energy law.
