He has considerable expertise in advising clients on matters relating to zoning plans, infrastructure development agreements and public permits relating to aquisition and development of real estate.

Furthermore, he has many years of experience with guiding clients through challenges that may arise when dealing with municipal and govermental authorities pertaining to building applications and zoning plan processes. Nicholas has advised both private sector entities and public authorities, and litigated cases in the courts pertaining to zoning plans and building permits.
