Ørjan have extensive procedural experience within several areas of business law with the main emphasis on contract law, fisheries/aquaculture law, employment law and company law issues.
Ørjan have extensive experience and special expertise in fisheries and company law. He holds board positions in large enterprises within fisheries and maritime operations and also has extensive experience and expertise in strategic consultancy for the management and owners of such businesses.

Within company law, Ørjan has special expertise in companies’ capital relations, the duties and responsibilities of the board and the general meeting, as well as extensive experience in resolving owner conflicts.

He also has extensive experience in consultancy relating to the board’s handling of businesses with various financial challenges, as well as assistance to shareholders and company bodies in handling ownership conflicts, generational changes and other transfers of shares, business and assets.

For a period of 3 years, he has been a member of the Norwegian bar association’s law committee for company law .From 2022, he has been a member of the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s committee for investment control of foreign investments.
