Rolf Lynum Bjerkem is particularly experienced in matters concerning property.
Rolf’s experience covers a broad scope of real estate law, with focus on matters related to servitudes, prescription and co-ownership. His practice covers general advice, negotiations and dispute resolutions, and he regularly assists in cases for the land consilitation court.
Rolf is also experienced in compulsory acquisitions and has assisted in several appraisement cases of considerable extent. His other fields of competence are contract law, administrative law and employment law.
Rolf has a background from the Ministry of Justice and the Police, where he mainly worked with issues regarding regulation development.
