Silje works primarily with shipping and offshore, bank and finance as well as commercial contract law. She assists domestic and international clients with various types of financing structures and transactions within shipping and offshore.

Silje has a Master of Law from the University of Oslo, where she wrote her master’s thesis on the parties’ obligations under hardship clauses in Norwegian and English law. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology, with a concentration in Finance.
