Therese has extensive experience assisting companies facing financial challenges. Furthermore, Therese assists clients who seek help with securing their interests as creditors through advisory services, negotiations, transactions and enforcement. She has given several lectures for banks and financial institutions on loss limitation and risk mitigation for exposed/defaulted engagements.

Therese works closely with the firm’s bankruptcy trustees and has extensive experience with insolvency law issues.

She also has experience in corporate law, including acquisitions, general corporate legal advice, shareholder disputes and board liability cases.
