Production

We assist companies across the entire value chain for the production of renewable energy – from early project development to fully financed, operational facilities. Our experience covers most power sources, including hydropower, wind power (onshore and offshore), solar power, bioenergy, hydrogen, as well as projects related to power cables, CCS and LNG. We have in-depth knowledge of traditional hydropower, with particular emphasis on regulatory frameworks, ownership and adaptation to the changing market and environmental requirements.

Transportation - power grids

We assist grid companies, trade associations and developers with legal and strategic advice on all issues relating to the transport and distribution of power. Our expertise includes regulatory frameworks, ownership models, procurement and contractual matters. Our extensive experience enables us to provide advice that not only complies with regulatory requirements, but also contributes to efficient and forward-looking solutions in a constantly changing power market.

Energy sales
